Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

  • Consultations and quotations are free and will be provided prior to any work commencing.  Should a client’s original requirements change, Admin Hustler may amend the original quotation, following consultation with the client.

  • Prior to the commencement of a new project or set of tasks, a contract will be completed and signed by both parties.  It contains details of the tasks, agreed rate or payment package, deadline for the completion of works and all other particulars relating to the specific tasks.  This indicates client's acceptance of Admin Hustler's terms and conditions.  Contracts can be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party.  We reserve the right to charge for any work carried out prior to cancellation.

  • Work will be presented using Microsoft Office applications.

  • Work can be accepted from the client by email, uploaded online, post, CD-Rom, USB drive or courier.  Admin Hustler recommends any original documents to be sent via secure post. An acknowledgement will be sent once files have been received.

  • Accepted formats are Microsoft Office applications, DSS Pro, DSS, WAV, WMA, MP3Handwritten notes and audio tapes also accepted.

  • Completed work will be returned to the client by standard Royal Mail (hard copy, CD, DVD or memory stick as applicable) or by email as agreed in the contract.  If the client prefers a courier service, this can also be arranged. Postage, consumables and courier charges are charged at cost to the client.

  • Turnaround of work is 24 hours, for a maximum of two hours work. A suitable timescale will be agreed upfront by both parties for longer assignments.

  • All work carried out by Admin Hustler will be proof-read, however final proof-reading of the work lies with the client and any errors notified within 48 hours of receipt will be corrected free of charge. After 48 hours it shall be deemed that the work has been accepted as free of errors and omissions.  Errors or omissions reported after 48 hours will still be corrected but the additional time spent will be charged to client.

  • Admin Hustler does not accept liability or responsibility for the end use of any documents or materials produced or edited by us on behalf of the client.  Admin Hustler retains the right to reject work which involves material believed to be illegal, immoral or objectionable.

  • Although every effort will be made to ensure a reliable service, in the event of equipment failure, Admin Hustler cannot be held liable for any loss of information

 

Payment Terms:

  • Blocks of time packages must be paid for in advance and unused hours can be carried over to subsequent months for up to 6 months. An invoice will be sent once contract for works has been signed and returned.  Service will commence once payment in full has been received.

  • For first time pay as you go clients, a 50% deposit will be required up front for your first project/set of tasks.  A deposit of up to 25% may be requested before commencement of work for pay as you go clients thereafter.  Pay as you go clients will be invoiced on completion of work and payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice. 

  • Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or via PayPal.

  • A fee of £25 will be charged for any returned cheques.  The client will be liable for all related charges for electronic payments that fail.

  • Overdue payment will be subject to a 10% late payment fee.  Any and all costs incurred for chasing and/or recovering the outstanding payment will be added to account.

  • Admin Hustler reserves the right to halt services and not to return work if bills are not paid.

  • In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.

Confidentiality:

  • Admin Hustler will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose or communicate in any manner, any information that is propriety to the client, unless specifically requested to do so by the client or obliged to by law.

  • All information and data will be treated with the strictest confidence and will not be used for the personal benefit of Admin Hustler.

  • Any documents belonging to the client will be destroyed four weeks after completion and payment of the tasks or project unless asked to be retained by the client.

  • If required by the client, Admin Hustler would be happy to sign any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement.

 

Liability:

  • Admin Hustler cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to data or equipment relating to projects or tasks, during transit to/from and within its premises.

  • Admin Hustler uses anti-virus protection and all incoming emails / documents will be scanned. We reserve the right to delete any unsolicited attachments or mail which causes concern from an unrecognised sender or has no subject heading or contains no message.

  • The client is responsible for their own anti-virus protection.
